Summary / Objective :
The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating strategic social media campaigns and overseeing the day-to-day duties of the company’s social media properties. This position actively participates in data collection and analysis in order to consistently improve the company’s social media and clients’ social media practices over time.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Develop social media accounts, oversee daily operation and user relationship maintenance, and social media advertising that are consistent with the company’s brand identity.
- Create consistent, meaningful content on all social media platforms, including writing and editing social media posts, improving customer engagement, and promoting social media campaigns.
- Collaborate with overseas teams to execute social media and marketing plans.
- Establish relationships with members, tap into the needs of potential customers, guide users through various channels, and direct traffic to relevant social accounts.
- Manage a high volume of daily social media posts.
- Communicate with social media followers, including responding to queries in a timely manner.
- Expand KOL cooperation resources according to social media promotion needs.
- Develop and manage social influencer programs and attend social influencer events.
- Use analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite Pro, and Facebook Insights to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
- Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts.
- Suggest recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in social media.
- Analyze data to come up with updated online promotion plans.
- Work with different business interface systems and people across different regions and time zones.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
