Position: Power Validation Engineer Location: Sunnyvale, CA 100% Onsite (in Quest Global Office) Salary: $110K-$130K Exp: 6 12 years
Job Responsibilities:
- Execute power measurement tests using multimeter and power analyzers
- Android Debug Bridge: Utilize ADB to debug and troubleshoot, log analysis, and crash dump triage
- Develop and implement automated scripts/workflows to streamline the power measurement process: ADB debugging, NI-DAQ data collection
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and interpret data from firmware logs, and power data. Creating summary reports
- Experience in Power consumption measurement of various device use cases done in on-site lab environment.
- Debugging power regressions by analyzing electrical results and device logs.
- Ability to network, build relationships and drive effective decision-making across multiple functions and levels within the organization.
- Highly organized, able to prioritize and balance multiple work streams to tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge in Electronics circuits and familiar with Circuit simulation tools.
- Experience on hardware testing with small form factor PCBs.
- Good knowledge on Microprocessors/Controllers and digital communication protocols.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
