Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategize on fabrication processes, evaluate production equipment capability, and refine quality control standards.
- Design groundbreaking production methods to meet customer demands through precise repeatability.
- Audit and enhance machinery performance, ensuring optimal efficiency and excellence.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to procure and incorporate machinery, while ensuring compliance with quality benchmarks.
- Document and manage manufacturing systems software and provide essential training for operational staff.
- Offer indispensable technical support while engaging with product development to streamline manufacturability.
- Research and endorse cutting-edge technologies to support business objectives and heighten productivity.
- Deploy statistical methodologies to evaluate process outcomes, guaranteeing consistency.
- Be ready for occasional trips, both local and international (5%).
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering disciplines.
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Aptitude for embracing change and collaborating within team settings.
- Leadership in technical project management with insight into client requirements.
- ISO9001 standards knowledge is a bonus.
- Ability to excel under limited supervision, with a focus on responsibilities and outcomes.
