We're looking for an Account Development Manager to join our team at AstroHire. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow revenue through new business development and account expansion.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through consultative selling and solution-based approaches. You will also work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement go-to-market strategies, manage sales pipelines, and optimize sales processes.
The ideal candidate has three to five years of minimum sales experience selling to small/medium businesses, preferably in advertising, marketing, or lead generation. They should have a solid understanding of Cost Per Click (CPC) metrics and be proficient in Excel and Salesforce.com.
