As our Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that build our brand, engage target audiences, and support our mission of exploring the lunar frontier. This role is perfect for someone passionate about turning big ideas into actionable marketing campaigns, with a focus on supporting our sales team, driving event marketing, and developing content that inspires and informs.
You will manage marketing communication initiatives across multiple platforms, create compelling content for our corporate blog, support internal and external communications, and coordinate with external partners to deliver high-quality results.
What you'll do :
Marketing Communication to Support Sales
- Develop sales enablement tools, including product one-pagers, case studies, pitch decks, and messaging frameworks
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to create campaigns and assets that address customer needs and drive lead generation
- Partner with leadership to refine positioning and communicate the unique value of our products to potential partners and clients
Content Creation & Corporate Blog
Develop and execute a content calendar for the corporate blog, showcasing company milestones, thought leadership, industry trends, and technical innovationWrite and edit compelling content, including blog posts, white papers, and newslettersWork with external contractors who lead the company’s social media and media relations to ensure the company’s messaging is aligned across all channelsEvent Marketing
Lead the planning, promotion, and execution of events, including industry conferences, trade shows, and product launchesCoordinate event logistics, materials, and messaging to ensure alignment with broader marketing goalsDevelop post-event campaigns to nurture leads, evaluate success, and inform future event strategiesInternal Communications
Support company-wide internal communications, such as newsletters, leadership updates, and milestone announcementsFoster consistent internal messaging to keep employees engaged and informed about company developmentsBrand Development
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials, developing creative storytelling and messaging to amplify our company’s visionWork with designers and external contractors to deliver impactful creative assetsData Analysis & Market Research
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, delivering insights to optimize strategies and improve ROIConduct market research to analyze trends, audience behavior, and competitive positioning, using insights to inform future campaignsWhat you'll bring :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field5 years of marketing experience with proven success in content creation, event marketing, and campaign execution, preferably in the technology, aerospace, or startup industries1 years of experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plusStrong writing and editing skills with experience creating technical and engaging contentExperience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and analytics softwareExceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives while meeting deadlinesCollaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external vendorsPassion for space exploration, innovation, and technologyBenefits and Perks
