Join our Oak Creek, WI team as a Process Engineering Co-Op ! Our co-ops are hands on, highly technical, and designed to let you see what it's like to work at Astronautics. This is a paid undergraduate co-op opportunity. As an engineering co-op, you will work closely with our engineering staff on actual customer projects. Mentors are assigned to assist co-ops in achieving engineering related career development that is of mutual benefit to you and Astronautics.
Co-op opportunities are available for Fall 2025 and Spring 2026. This is a first shift, full-time position (M-F). You must be able to commit to three co-op terms, which may be completed intermittently.
Position Responsibilities
- Work with process engineers on projects within the production environment.
- Create and update work instructions using MS Word and SolidWorks.
- Design tooling for ease of manufacturing our products.
