• Must be within 1 hour commute of Savannah and willing to be onsite.
• Job Functions / Purpose

Provides high level, visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation support, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and training to the customer.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts or is exposed to risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
