As a Commercial Assembly Technician, you will build large Energy Recovery Ventilation units (ERVs) for hospitals, schools, warehouses and other commercial businesses.
Each day offers variety as there are millions of configurations possible in one ERV. You will read schematics to assemble sheet metal walls, roofs and doors, install dampers and electrical wiring and controls, and pass final testing and quality assurance. Some of our units even include HVAC capabilities!
Hours: Friday - Sunday 5am - 5:15pm

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:
- Fabricate our ventilation units and accessories from the ground up according to drawings and specifications
- Assure product meets the highest quality standards
- Coordinate / cooperate with other assemblers to achieve best overall flow of work on the production floor
- Actively identify, suggest and help implement improvements to the build specification, general workspaces, tools and procedures
- Search for personal and team improvement opportunities
- Promote a safe, pleasant and professional work environment
Requirements
Qualified applicants will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 Years relevant manufacturing experience or equivalent
- At least 1 years' experience with portable power tools and hand tools
- Mathematical skills that require the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide, along with the ability to read measurements in inches and feet
- Mechanical Aptitude & Repair skills
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members
- Problem-Solving/Troubleshooting abilities
- Team-player and self-starter
- Pride in producing high quality work with attention to detail
