Job Purpose
To support Strategic Sourcing efforts in the manufacturing of Sports and Leisure Synthetic Turf. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Master applicable systems utilized in sourcing raw materials, parts, and services
- Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and issue purchase orders as needed
- Record purchase order confirmations and confirm deliveries
- Develop and maintain relationships with customer service representatives from all primary suppliers.
- Report on indirect spending
- Enter new suppliers, products, and materials into appropriate systems
- Support team in Director’s absence

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education: Associates or Bachelors preferred but not required
- Experience: Experience in Purchasing, and programs such as AS400, Business Central, MS Excel preferred

- Travel: Probable but infrequent. Passport may be required
