Description
• Manage Quality Issues inside and outside of the plant
• Review product quality requirements to ensure the quality of Tufting’s manufactured items meet the requirements of the contract specifications.
• Monitor and report quality control progress, notify supervisor of discrepancies
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Tufting department, Management and production teams
o Address issues that may impact the quality of the product
• Collaborate alongside Tufting management, reviewing production schedules or work orders
• Assure all work entered production follows the order entry standards and procedures.
• Attend periodic departmental meetings
• Follow all safe practices around machinery and rotating parts

Qualifications
• Education: HS diploma/GED required
• Experience: Experienced in Manufacturing Quality Control preferably Tufting
• Courses/Certifications/Training:
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Familiar with personal computers with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Bilingual preferred
