Job Summary
Our Receptionists aka Customer Experience Specialists are the first and last impression for all of our customers while ensuring they have a ridiculously awesome experience when doing business with AstroWatt Electric.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Promptly answer the phone and return all voicemails.
- Respond to all emails, texts, and online inquiries from customers.
- Schedule each customer that reaches out for a service call.
- Pull permits and schedule inspections with local municipalities
- Collaborate with the leadership team to implement new initiatives.
- Follow up with customers after their work is complete to ensure they are 100% satisfied.
- Ability to communicate with customers via phone and email.
- Focused on delivering a ridiculous awesome customer experience every time.
- Work in the office from approximately 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma (or GED equivalent)
- Valid Driver's License in the State of North Carolina
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Technology savvy
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Ability to use Microsoft Office products and web-based applications
- Willingness to go above and beyond to provide feedback & new initiatives for the company.
- Excellent communication skills (email and phone)

- Knowledge in home service businesses is a plus.
- Experience working in offices for electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC is a plus.

Hourly Wage: $16 - 20 per hour (depending on experience & expertise)
Salary : $30,000 - $45,000
