Qualifications:

• Proven experience in cabinet sales and design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects
• Proficiency in Cabinets design software such as 2020 Design
• Knowledge of cabinet materials, hardware, finishes including understanding different wood types, countertop materials, and hardware options.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets and customer satisfaction
• A customer-focused approach and a commitment to providing exceptional service are essential.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe software.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills for effectively selling cabinet products preferred

Job Responsibilities:

• Converting Customer Interactions such as walk-Ins, email, and phone calls into successful sales.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints
• Create customized cabinet designs that meet clients' aesthetic and functional requirements
• Present and discuss design concepts with clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations
• Prepare accurate quotes and proposals for cabinet projects, ensuring clarity and transparency
• Manage projects from initial stage to installation completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction at every stage of the cabinet design and sales process, from initial consultation to final installation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor offerings
