Job Description: Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst (SAP to Oracle Fusion
Migration) - Order to Cash, Period to Date, and Source to Pay Modules
Position: Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst
Duration: FTE/Contract

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Business Systems Analyst to support
our SAP to Oracle Fusion migration project. This role will focus on the migration of
critical business processes related to the Order to Cash (O2C), Period to Date (P2D),
and Source to Pay (S2P) modules. The successful candidate will bridge the gap

between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that business requirements
are accurately translated into effective Oracle Fusion configurations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Migration Strategy and Planning:
o Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand business
requirements for the SAP to Oracle Fusion migration, with a focus on the
O2C, P2D, and S2P processes.
o Define and document migration strategy, processes, and detailed project
plans for the smooth transition to Oracle Fusion applications.
o Analyze existing SAP configurations and business processes and identify
key gaps and opportunities for improvement in Oracle Fusion.

2. Business Process Analysis:
o Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for O2C, P2D, and
S2P processes across various business functions (sales, finance,
procurement, etc.).
o Conduct workshops and meetings with business users and stakeholders
to capture detailed requirements, workflows, and pain points in the current
SAP system.
o Perform gap analysis and map the existing SAP business processes to
Oracle Fusion functionality, recommending best practices for the new
system.

3. Configuration and Implementation:
o Lead the configuration of Oracle Fusion applications in the O2C, P2D, and
S2P modules, ensuring alignment with business requirements and Oracle
best practices.
o Collaborate with technical teams to support data migration, including
mapping SAP data to Oracle Fusion, conducting testing, and ensuring
data integrity.
o Assist with the setup and configuration of workflows, roles, permissions,
and approval hierarchies in Oracle Fusion.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance:


o Develop test plans, test scripts, and execute testing for O2C, P2D, and
S2P processes to ensure the Oracle Fusion system meets the defined
requirements.
o Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), including
organizing test scenarios, coordinating business users, and managing
defect tracking.
o Identify, document, and resolve issues and defects during testing cycles.
5. Training and Support:
o Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end users to
ensure a smooth transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion.
o Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting assistance for
end users.
o Develop and update documentation for all business
