Job Summary:
Astute People Inc is seeking a highly skilled Plant Equipment Operator to join our team at a leading power plant operator's Massachusetts site.
The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a power plant setting and hold a state license or be willing to work towards one.
Main responsibilities include performing pre-planned and breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, and documenting maintenance work.
We are looking for someone who is able to work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure the plant is available to run efficiently and pass on knowledge to other team members.
