Astute People Inc is partnering with a leading power plant operator to recruit a highly skilled Power Plant Maintenance Specialist for its Massachusetts site.
The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in a power plant setting and hold a state license or be willing to work towards one.
We are looking for someone who can perform pre-planned and breakdown maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose faults, document maintenance work, and ensure all work adheres to strict health and safety procedures.
Responsibilities include working with the operations team to ensure the plant is available to run efficiently and passing on knowledge to other team members.
