What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Account Manager position at Astute Technology Management LLC?
The Client Account Manager serves as the liaison between the Service team and our valued clients. Client Account Managers are responsible for scheduling, completing and documenting regular meetings with their assigned clients. Meetings may be in person at the client location or virtual. Client Account Managers are responsible for staying apprised of client network status and up-selling hardware and software to meet sales goals. Candidates must have a proven track record of success in customer service, problem resolution, sales and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a combination of strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep commitment to client satisfaction while maintaining loyalty to and representation of the Astute Technology Management brand.
Responsibilities
- Regularly meet with assigned client accounts, either on site or virtually, and manage strategic and at-risk accounts to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Maintain knowledge of the status of all assigned client networks to ensure hardware upgrades, project work, software sales and licensing are all optimized and accurate.
- Facilitate new client onboarding, provide client service orientation, and conduct training sessions on Astute Technology Management's ticketing, purchasing and invoicing systems.
- Coordinate activities and resources to maximize client satisfaction through a close-loop problem resolution process, partnering with the Service team to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client issues and / or address client concerns.
- Educate clients on Astute Technology Management's new products and services, facilitating a seamless integration and understanding of offerings.
- Facilitate client IT budgeting by tracking EOL hardware and selling replacement devices.
- Develop strong working relationships with all functional leaders and stakeholders through regular meetings to ensure a cohesive approach to client management.
- Escalate significant client concerns, problems, or deviations from established procedures to management, keeping supervisors informed and ensuring timely resolution of complex service issues.
