The Program Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing program policies that enable us to manage day-to-day operations of our in-facility programs. This includes managing communications, scheduling events, and organizing employee schedules.
- Experience with adult services such as Day Habilitation and adolescent services like Afterschool and Summer Programming
- Collaboration on Behavioral Support Plans (BSP)
- Implementation of BSPs and tracking data
- Supervision of department staff and direct support staff
- Recruitment, hiring, orienting, and training new staff
- Trend analysis, data tracking, and outcome measurement to ensure departmental goals are met
