What are the responsibilities and job description for the Adolescent Program Manager Assistant position at Asun Star Consulting?
As a key member of Asun Star Consulting's team, the Assistant Program Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our programs. The APC oversees the day-to-day operations of the adolescent or adult facility-based services, including the Afterschool Program, Day Hab Program, and Weekend Programming.
The successful candidate will have experience working with DDD and/or DCF, as well as knowledge of ABA and behavioral principles. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to supervise direct support staff and coordinate with families and school staff as needed.
- Oversee the implementation of BSPs and track data to ensure the success of our programs.
- Develop and oversee curriculums and program activities for the department's programs.
- Increase participation and census of programs through effective marketing and outreach strategies.
- Ensure that program adheres and maintains a proper staff ratio.
- Collaborate with other organizations and community partners to drive positive change.
