As an Account Manager on our Sales team you will be responsible for building business relationships with current customers working with to them uncover opportunities for on how Asures portfolio of solutions can assist them in developing workplaces for todays workforceand the workforce of the future. You will have experience prospecting, developing client opportunity profiles to generate sales engagements. These engagements will require you to complete discovery calls, partnering with internal Subject Matter Experts and additional sales resources to close new business.
- Profile clients and key contact points
- Establishing Client Opportunity Profile to identify needs and buying cycle
- Manage existing client accounts by developing long-term relationships with key contacts within clients
- Develop comprehensive understanding of clientsshort and long termneeds
- Identify opportunities within client accounts to enhance the scope of theAsuresolution
- Deliver high impact presentations designed to highlight additional value to clients
- Partner with internal Subject Matter Experts and / or account managers to properly address client and position Asure solutions
- Utilize virtual sales tools to demonstrateAsuresolutions to win new business opportunities
- Formulate and present proposals to depict that outline the value of the proposed Asuresolutions
- Execute sound financial agreements which are win-win solutions forAsureand clients
- Maintains and manage client group and sales funnel of new opportunities to attain or exceed assigned goals
- Leverage Salesforce.com to manage and report results
- Tracks transactions in Salesforce.com and reports information to management

Compensation
The base range for this role is $26.50-$29.00 per hour depending upon level of experience, OTE of $96,000 and an uncapped commission plan.
