The account executive is responsible for developing new opportunities within the multifamily industry through prospecting, qualifying, properly engaging and closing sales. The Account Executive is also responsible for following up on existing sales and nurturing relationships to promote cross & upsells as well as renewal of annual services. You'll take a customer centric approach to create a "wow experience" so unique that they can't help but talk about our company. Your high reaching mission is to create a strong account base that is powerfully motivated to refer others in their sphere of influence, thereby growing an extensive and lucrative book of business. We have solid sales metrics in place to measure success, and referrals are at the core.
Specifically, you will:
- Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their needs;
- Researching and analyzing sales options,
- Creating detailed & accurate property profile assessments,
- Creating detailed proposals & scope of work
- Meeting with high level executives to present and close long-term commitments
- Closing deals while observing & creating opportunities to upsell & cross sell
- Closing post inspection repair proposals
- Performing daily & weekly activities reports
Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reading & being tested on company materials; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional networks.
Contribute to the team by achieving individual goals. On a daily basis, you'll work with customers, leadership, and fulfillment teams.
Requirements:
To be a good fit for the Account Executive role, you must have sales experience, and outgoing personality, a strong desire to succeed, and a demonstrated ability to: Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service. Deliver a sales plan; follow-up on in-house leads; prospect for new business. Convert prospects and close deals while meeting and exceed sales goals. Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques. Multifamily & Construction industry experience is a plus. Skill and experience using software, such as MS Office Suite applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and HubSpot and other CRM's. A reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license. Compensation Package
Base Salary: paid in biweekly installments Bonus
Bonus: To be paid quarterly based on the quarterly goal threshold as shown in the Bonus Schedule below. A sale constitutes of a job that has been completed & paid in full.
Expectations: In order to be eligible for quarterly bonus, you will be required to:
- Maintain an 85% retention rate on your portfolio
- Independently utilize our company's software (CRM), systems, procedures and language.
- Meet acceptable levels on all Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

- 50 quality contacts per week
- 7-10 Opportunities per week (Deals)
- Trailing KPI: Sales Goals

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
