Position : Clinical Director
Job Overview : As a Clinical Director at Asurgent Health, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality addiction treatment services. You will lead and mentor our clinical staff, supervise their work, and oversee the clinical operations to ensure they run smoothly. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring clinical documentation meets regulatory standards, coordinating with case management, and contributing to the overall success of our treatment programs.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide clinical supervision and guidance to the clinical staff, including therapists, counselors, and support personnel.
Monitor and evaluate clinical work to ensure it meets the highest standards of care and aligns with evidence-based practices.
Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans for clients in PHP, IOP, and sober living programs.
Ensure proper and timely documentation of client progress, including therapy notes, treatment plans, and other clinical records.
Collaborate with case management to ensure effective coordination of care and provide input on client care plans.
Support the professional growth and development of clinical team members through training and mentoring.
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new clinical staff.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance program effectiveness.
Maintain compliance with all relevant licensing and accreditation requirements.
Qualifications :
Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC)or similar licensure.
Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in addiction treatment or a related field.
Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based addiction treatment modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations related to addiction treatment.
