Title: HR Senior Product Manager

Location: Nashville, TN (Hybrid Tuesday-Thursday)

This role is responsible for shaping the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key HR products, with a focus on ServiceNow and potentially additional platforms in the future. It involves shaping product capabilities, features, and enhancements while prioritizing improvements to maximize value. The HR Sr. Product Manager will coordinate strategy, roadmap alignment, and product enhancements across all HR regions—including Japan, Colombia, the Philippines, APAC, Europe, and North America.

Additionally, this role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with technology teams to design innovative solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive operational efficiency for Asurion team members.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive a clear vision for HR technology products, ensuring alignment with overall business and HR goals while addressing employee needs.
  • Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and make data-driven decisions based on market analysis and user feedback.
  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, gather requirements, uncover opportunities and drive continuous improvement of HR systems and processes through ongoing feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and technical teams to align on product strategy, communicate updates, and advocate for user needs.
  • Partner with technology teams to convert business and user requirements into clear development strategies, manage the product backlog, and prioritize features for each release cycle to ensure alignment with overall goals.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyze user behavior, and identify areas for continuous optimization.
  • Spearhead change management efforts by developing and executing communication strategies and training programs that facilitate smooth integration and user adoption of new HR technology features and updates.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and emerging HR technologies to drive innovation and enhance product capabilities.
  • Select, manage, and maintain relationships with third-party technology vendors to ensure effective partnerships and service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 4 years of Product Management experience. 3 HR Technology experience

Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities

  • Thorough knowledge of employee lifecycle as it relates to HR – recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes and platforms like Service Now
  • Ability to lead and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Ability to develop product strategies by understanding key business objectives; diagnosing and mapping requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project deliverables.
  • Experience with modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
  • Service excellence mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service experiences through streamlined, user-centric systems
  • Strong capability to analyze complex problems, synthesize data, and make data-based decisions that drive measurable improvements
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to navigate cross functionally and globally, effectively communicate product vision to stakeholders and build consensus and influence decisions at all levels.
  • Ability to prioritize competing needs in a fast-paced environment, balancing business requirements with technical constraints.
  • Continuous improvement mindset and driven to proactively seek out change.
