Business Development Manager -IPC/IoT

Job Description Overview:

The Business Development Manager – IPC/IoT at ASUS is responsible for driving customer acquisition, generating leads, and managing prospects. This role involves engaging with potential clients to present IPC/IOT products, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and goal-oriented professional with exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong business relationships and contributing to the company's growth by closing sales and enhancing revenue.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities through targeted sales strategies.
• Build and nurture business relationships with current and potential clients.
• Understand client needs, provide solutions and support, and handle follow-up inquiries.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations at client meetings, trade shows, and conferences.
• Maintain a comprehensive database of prospective clients.
• Conduct cold calls to generate new business leads.
• Collaborate with management on sales planning, forecasting, and goal setting.
• Stay informed about the company’s product and service offerings.

• Proven experience in lead generation and prospect management.

Required Qualifications:

Years of Education

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S) or equivalent years of experience.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years in IPC and/or IOT business development or key account management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with industry-specific sales strategies and networking.
• Familiarity with product and service offerings related to IPC/IOT technologies.

Working Conditions:

• Requires sitting, operating a computer, and using office equipment for extended periods.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% domestically and 5% internationally.

$80,000-$120,000 annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in the City of Industry, California office. The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
