Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to collaborate with others to drive sales. As a Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while promoting our products and services. Must be able to travel and assist with attending trade shows. Must be proficient in Spanish and English.

Job Duties and Progress Plan:

First 3 Months: Salesperson Position
Main Responsibilities:

• Client Development: Identify potential clients and engage in business negotiations.
• Client Reception: Greet clients and ensure that their needs are accurately understood and addressed.
• Customer Service: Provide after-sales support, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Order Fulfillment: Follow up on order completion and ensure timely delivery.

After 3 Months: Sales Representative Position
Main Responsibilities:

• North American Market Expansion: Focus on expanding business in the North American market and increasing market share.
• Client Development and Trade Show Participation: Organize and participate in relevant trade shows to promote the company’s products and services.
• On-site Promotion at Trade Shows: Engage in face-to-face communication with clients during trade shows to increase product exposure and customer interaction.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet specific sales goals, including client signings and contract negotiations.
• Business Negotiations: Negotiate with clients to secure favorable agreements and contribute to the growth of company performance.

Experience

• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred .
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
