Role Description
The ASW Sales Ambassador Program aims to enhance brand awareness and drive sales for ASW Distillery by offering customers a unique, in-person tasting experience. Ambassadors will represent the brand at retail stores, restaurants, and bars, providing customers with detailed information about ASW’s whiskey products while fostering a personal connection to the brand. This is a part-time on-site Sales Ambassador role perfect for college-aged adults located in Gainesville, FL for ASW Distillery. The Sales Ambassador will be responsible for promoting and selling the distillery's products, providing exceptional customer service, conducting tastings, and representing the brand at events.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Tastings: Lead whiskey tastings at designated locations (stores, restaurants, and bars), ensuring a positive and educational experience for customers.
- Brand Education: Clearly communicate the story, heritage, and unique selling points of ASW Distillery, highlighting the craftsmanship behind each product.
- Customer Interaction: Engage customers in conversations about their taste preferences and offer personalized product recommendations.
- Sales Support: Encourage on-site purchases and assist with retail partner sales initiatives.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to the sales and marketing teams to inform future promotions and product development.
