ABOUT US : RepRally is a Series-A Tech startup based in New York City. At RepRally, we’re building the ecosystem for wholesale commerce. RepRally unites brands, sales reps, and distributors into one platform. Our company is scaling exponentially and hiring to support our business operations team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Assist in building and maintaining business processes and internal tools that support product, operations, and system initiatives.
- Support data analysis to drive business outcomes and team performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product / MVP launches, feature updates, and process improvements.
- Help manage no-code / low-code solutions and process automation .
- Manage user communications and community.
- Develop strategies in user activations and engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in data science, business, project management, computer science, engineering or a related field.
