What are the responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager?
- Positively establish trust-based relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and other aspects related to Frontier’s products and services.
- Close sales confidently, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
- Follow up with potential customers, qualify leads as sales opportunities, and provide custom solutions to suit their needs.
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Account Managers in training sessions and seminars, to ensure the latest product knowledge and best practices.
- Follow compliance regulations while handling sensitive customer information, ensuring a seamless personal experience.
- Educate customers on products and services, explain upcoming promotions and plan deals they could be interested in, and show genuine interest in problem-solving their issues.
