What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN Nurse for Home Care Assessments and Supervision position at At Ease HomeCare?
This position is for an RN for the Columbus and surrounding areas such as Marysville, Marion, Circleville, etc. This is a PRN per diem role. As we take cases we will have you do our initial assessments for these clients and then every 60 days we will need you to visit clients to monitor care and sign off on a supervisory report. Some clients will be seen every 2 weeks for medication management. Caregivers are assigned to these cases to provide care during the week. Your reports will help direct the focus of their efforts. Communication will occur with you as needed to consult regarding clients. We ask that you be available to speak to our caregivers and respite aides in the event of emergencies.
The pay rate for this role is $50 per visit. These are flexible hours, and your role in our organization can grow as we grow in the area. We can schedule assessments as fits your schedule, every other visit can be completed over the phone. This is a contractor position.
