Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site / Pipe Foreman for current and future projects in and around the Lehigh Valley, PA. Services include Commercial and Residential Site Work.
Site / Pipe Foreman Job Scope to include any of the following:
- Run and manage site, including sub-contactors, setup and operation of GPS unit
- Complete scheduled tasks within designate time frame and on budget
- Ability to read blueprints and cut sheets a must
- Keep accurate daily work logs (including hours) for employees on site
- Operation of heavy equipment when needed Excavator, Dozer, Backhoe, Loader, Skid Steer, etc
- Understanding and ability to lay pipe (water, sewer, storm, etc)
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards
- Strong communication skills and leadership
- Other general foreman duties as required
Pay Rates as follows:
- Site and Pipe Foreman: Starting at $38 per hour based on experience and skill level
