Position Overview:
You MUST currently be LEAD Caregiver with availability of 24/7. The Field Manager plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations by supervising caregivers, supporting clients, and upholding quality standards. This individual will conduct in-home visits, manage caregiver performance, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Caregiver Supervision & Training
- Conduct regular in-home visits to observe and support caregivers.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
- Ensure caregivers follow policies and uphold our company culture.
- Assist with caregiver orientation and ongoing training.
Client Relations & Quality Assurance
- Conduct initial client home visits and reassessments.
- Monitor client satisfaction and adjust care plans as needed.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely manner.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure top-tier service.
Scheduling & Staffing Support
- Work with the scheduling team to ensure shifts are covered.
- Assist with last-minute staffing needs and emergencies.
- Monitor caregiver attendance and reliability.
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Conduct audits, incident investigations, and safety checks.
- Maintain documentation and reports for operational efficiency.
- Support on-call team for after-hours emergencies as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience in home care, healthcare, or a related field.
2. Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
3. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
4. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
5. Valid driver’s license and own a reliable vehicle (for field visits).

Job Description
(Responsibilities)
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of caregiving staff in various settings, including group homes and assisted living facilities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of care plans tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide training and support to caregivers on best practices in dementia care and general caregiving techniques.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including HIPAA standards, to protect client confidentiality and safety.
- Conduct regular assessments of client needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Facilitate communication between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery.
- Oversee meal preparation and dietary needs of clients as part of their care plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and staff performance.
Skills
- Strong experience in caregiving, particularly in group home or assisted living environments.
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and effective communication strategies for individuals with cognitive impairments.
- Proficiency in meal preparation that meets dietary requirements for clients.
