Key Responsibilities:

Office & Administrative Management

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
  • Supervise administrative staff and support office functions.
  • Implement and improve operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance.

Scheduling & Staffing Oversight

  • Ensure caregiver schedules are properly managed.
  • Work with the scheduling team to fill open shifts efficiently.
  • Monitor attendance, overtime, and staff performance.
  • Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new caregivers.

Client & Caregiver Support

  • Work closely with the Field Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to office and field staff.
  • Support caregiver retention and engagement efforts.

Compliance & Quality Control

  • Ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct audits and monitor quality assurance standards.
  • Manage incident reports and follow-up actions.
  • Assist with licensing and accreditation processes.

Financial & Business Operations

  • Monitor expenses and work within budget guidelines.
  • Complete billing, payroll, and invoicing processes.
  • Identify operational efficiencies to improve profitability.
  • Support business growth initiatives and strategic planning.
