Key Responsibilities:
Office & Administrative Management
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff and support office functions.
- Implement and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance.
Scheduling & Staffing Oversight
- Ensure caregiver schedules are properly managed.
- Work with the scheduling team to fill open shifts efficiently.
- Monitor attendance, overtime, and staff performance.
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new caregivers.
Client & Caregiver Support
- Work closely with the Field Managers to ensure client satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and resolve service-related issues.
- Provide leadership and guidance to office and field staff.
- Support caregiver retention and engagement efforts.
Compliance & Quality Control
- Ensure adherence to state regulations and company policies.
- Conduct audits and monitor quality assurance standards.
- Manage incident reports and follow-up actions.
- Assist with licensing and accreditation processes.
Financial & Business Operations
- Monitor expenses and work within budget guidelines.
- Complete billing, payroll, and invoicing processes.
- Identify operational efficiencies to improve profitability.
- Support business growth initiatives and strategic planning.
