- Duration: Immediate start, long term
- Hours: 24/7 on-call care (full-time, flexible hours)
- Location: Lake and Porter Counties
- Compensation: Competitive pay for all hours worked.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily assistance with personal care (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure medication reminders and safety checks
- Help with mobility and ADL's
Ideal Candidate:
- Empty Nester, Retired Nurse, or Retired Social Worker with a caring and professional attitude
- Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage 24/7 care coverage
- Strong communication skills and a patient, compassionate demeanor
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights
- Negative TB test required
