Job Purpose: The Digital Content Creator is responsible for the creation of compelling content that inspires, informs, or instructs and is displayed on digital screens across a global portfolio. The role plays a key part in the evolution of content and as such, being an innovative storyteller and thinking both strategically and creatively is a must.
Job Description:
- Creating and developing content in both English and other languages across various digital platforms that aligns with our brand and business goals
- Writing and editing articles, press releases, newsletters, flyers, brochures, creating visuals, managing and curating content for social media, and potentially developing scripts for videos and reels
- Proficiency in Google Analytics setup, including tracking code implementation, goal and funnel configuration, and data filtering.
- Expertise in creating custom dimensions, metrics, and event tracking to capture unique data points.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting, including creating and customizing dashboards and reports.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager for streamlined tag implementation and management
- Familiarity with other Google tools, such as Google Search Console and Google Data Studio for a holistic view of website performance.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, and their impact on data collection and reporting.
- Lead the production of high-quality video and photographic content for various platforms, including social media, websites, advertising, and internal communications
- Direct and participate in video shoots, ensuring the highest standards of visual storytelling and technical excellence
- Plan and execute a bilingual and English content strategy that drives high engagement
- Create recommendations for visual enhancements to content
- Develop promotional posts for social media, complete with visual/image recommendations
- Developing video and or reels for organizational digital training
- Monitor web traffic and metrics to identify best practices
- Update the At Home Care website to keep content relevant using Word press.
- Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to maximize the online visibility of our website in search results
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in digital media, graphics and/or marketing
- Working knowledge of available tools and software including Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, PowerPoint, Keynote, and website design (word press)
- Knowledge of social media ad platforms and organic algorithm biases (Hootsuite, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, external partners and donors. Expert- level written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
Salary : $37,440 - $44,040
