The District Manager will manage an identified grouping of Store Directors to perform to company standards, continuously train, evaluate, coach, and develop teams to promote a customer-positive environment, and coordinate resolutions to issues, with necessary partners, as they arise.
The District Manager Oversees The Following Stores
Minnesota: Burnsville, Blaine, Rochester.
Wisconsin: Wauwatosa, Greenfield, Grand Chute, Madison East, Madison West

Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage with professionalism, leadership, integrity, and honesty.
- To deliver company financial goals and standards.
- To work in stride with all facets of the organization.
- Hire, Train, Evaluate, Coach, and develop a team of Store Directors.
- Validate Store Operational and Customer Support execution.
- Ensure safety and risk management standards are executed.
- Complete monthly Store evaluations using observations and data/audit results compiled from reports and by the Operations team.
- Assess District staffing levels and ensure that key positions are filled while identifying talent and building a bench for future growth.
- Establish, communicate and follow up with store teams to provide continued support for process improvement.
- Identify process opportunities and work to coach stores on removing obstacles to gain greater productivity.
- Contributes to a customer-centric environment while displaying the ability to connect with customers.
- Communicates clearly and concisely with customers, team and leadership; keeps others informed and takes appropriate partnerships where necessary and possess excellent verbal, written and comprehension communication skills.
- Enables a reliable and trustworthy environment through ethical and honest behavior.
- Ability to train, develop, motivate and lead in a manner that fosters a work environment that promotes our culture.
- Ability to travel and be on call 24 hours a day
