Purpose of the Role
The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality, personalized care to children with various medical needs in the comfort of their own homes. As a Pediatric Nurse at At Home Healthcare, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess and develop customized care plans for each child
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans in collaboration with the care team and family
- Communicate effectively with the care team, physician, and family to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families
Requirements
- Current RN license and valid state driver's license
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in pediatric nursing or pediatric home care
