Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team, providing therapeutic programs to pediatric patients with cognitive, physical, and sensory disabilities or delays in the home and community setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary care teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine the appropriateness of occupational therapy services.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with the physician and care team.
- Provide education and training to patient caregivers and family members.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants and Aides, when applicable.
