What You'll Do
As a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant at At Home Healthcare, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic programs to pediatric patients with cognitive, physical, and sensory disabilities or delays in the home and community setting under the direction of a Speech Language Pathologist.
Core Responsibilities
- Carry out the plan of care that provides speech and language disorder services under the supervision of a speech-language pathologist.
- Maintain current knowledge of client's condition through observation and document any changes in client condition to the client file.
- Implement changes in the plan of care when written by the supervising speech-language pathologist and authorized by the client's physician.
