Responsibilities:
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of occupational therapy assistants (OTAs) and certified occupational therapy assistants (COTAs).
- Develop and implement plans of care that address the unique needs of each client.
- Ensure compliance with licensing guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination.
Requirements:
- Accredited occupational therapy degree and current licensure as an occupational therapist in Texas.
- CPR certification and TB screening within the past 12 months.
