Houskeeper/Laundry

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and clean for guest use.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow established health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
• Clean all checked out rooms
• Help with Laundry as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties throughout the shift, including lifting and moving items as needed.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning supplies is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
