Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements:
- Master's degree or higher in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
- Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Minimum of 1 year experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Proficiency in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
- Experience with various assessment tools (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS)
- Comfortable with technology and using electronic data collection systems and Telehealth
- Eager to engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to our clinical team's growth
- Must pass background screening
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
- Oversee and provide clinical direction to a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and BTs
- Conduct regular supervision and training sessions with RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans
- Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the overall growth of the clinical team
- Stay current with the latest research and best practices in ABA
- Conduct parent training sessions to promote generalization of skills
- Ensure compliance with all ethical and legal standards in the field of behavior analysis
Compensation:
- 1099 contract position with potential for full-time employment
