At Home Solutions seeks an intake specialist to join our progressive team. This individual will be responsible for helping bring new patients (clients) to our agency. This candidate must possess strong decision-making, communication, and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Work with insurance companies, medical providers, service coordinators, and other relevant parties to process and register new patients with our agency
- Conduct aggressive outreach to prospective clients
- Leverage multiple approaches (calls, texts, emails) to maintain frequent communication
- Utilize electronic forms and dashboards to keep track of patient status
- Create and own new initiatives
- Evaluate and propose changes to existing processes
- Work closely with other departments on overall intake strategy
- Perform other duties as necessary
Requirements:
- Home care experience required
- Bilingual English and Spanish required
- Intake experience preferred
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English
- Be an organized and detail-oriented person
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions
- Working under time pressures and managing multiple activities simultaneously
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email platforms (Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
- COVID-19 vaccination required
