Job Overview

The Zone Lead plays a vital role in creating an exceptional store experience for our guests. As the champion of visual standards, you will lead by example, inspiring team members to deliver top-notch service and ensuring every aspect of our stores meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Zone Managers to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies that drive sales and guest engagement.
• Leverage expertise in visual standards, merchandising techniques, and in-store marketing elements to create an immersive brand experience.
• Oversee Task Management, prioritizing daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks to achieve department and store sales goals, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Process freight and stock designated areas, maintaining a neat, clean, organized environment that inspires discovery and exploration.
• Serve as a role model and coach, providing continuous learning opportunities to team members on visual merchandising best practices and company standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Excellent verbal, written, and comprehension skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail, with a keen eye for visual merchandising, marketing, lighting, fixturing, and other aspects of store design.
• Reliable and trustworthy leader, with a strong sense of urgency and ability to motivate self and team to achieve objectives.
