We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for creating an engaging in-store experience that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support merchandising efforts by maintaining visual standards and setting up displays and fixtures.
- Work closely with the Zone Manager to plan and execute transitions, reinventions, and resets while ensuring visual integrity and a neat/clean environment.
- Leverage daily interactions to communicate and teach/train visual priorities and creation of visual moments that support the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze store financial and business data from the store scorecard to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Flexible and creative with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business.
