The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Zone Lead Assistant Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store operations, you will be responsible for supporting merchandising efforts and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain visual standards and set up displays and fixtures to create an engaging in-store experience.
- Collaborate with the Zone Manager to plan and execute transitions, reinventions, and resets while ensuring visual integrity and a neat/clean environment.
- Leverage daily interactions to communicate and teach/train visual priorities and creation of visual moments that support the customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze store financial and business data from the store scorecard to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 18 years old.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
