Qualifications
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring inbox and adding new authorization requests to Bolt
- Requesting Authorizations within 1 business day of being added to tracker
- As possible, avoiding phone calls to insurance- utilizing portals and faxes
- Following up on each authorization until approval
- Entering authorization information into NH and saving copy of approval
- Updating Bolt with approval information
- Collaborating with all team members as needed
- Covering for team members as needed
- Attending required meetings
- Responding timely to all emails
- Communicating any and all challenges to direct supervisor
Requirements:
- High School Diploma
