What are the responsibilities and job description for the District Manager (must reside in New Orleans, LA or Gulfport, MS) position at At Home?
The District Manager will manage an identified grouping of Store Directors to perform to company standards, continuously train, evaluate, coach, and develop teams to promote a customer-positive environment, and coordinate resolutions to issues, with necessary partners, as they arise.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Manage with professionalism, leadership, integrity, and honesty.
To deliver company financial goals and standards.
To work in stride with all facets of the organization.
Hire, Train, Evaluate, Coach, and develop a team of Store Directors.
Validate Store Operational and Customer Support execution.
Ensure safety and risk management standards are executed.
Complete monthly Store evaluations using observations and data/audit results compiled from reports and by the Operations team.
Assess District staffing levels and ensure that key positions are filled while identifying talent and building a bench for future growth.
Establish, communicate and follow up with store teams to provide continued support for process improvement.
Identify process opportunities and work to coach stores on removing obstacles to gain greater productivity.

Communicates clearly and concisely with customers, team and leadership; keeps others informed and takes appropriate partnerships where necessary and possess excellent verbal, written and comprehension communication skills.

Ability to travel and be on call 24 hours a day
