We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Recruiter to join our dynamic team with a background in homecare to manage the recruitment process for homecare cases. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified caregivers and healthcare professionals to meet our clients' homecare needs. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Implement succession planning initiatives to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for future organizational needs.
- Facilitate employee orientation programs to integrate new hires into the company culture effectively.
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to attract diverse candidates and maintain an inclusive hiring process.
- Perform employee evaluations and provide feedback to enhance team performance and development.
- Homecare Case Recruitment - Focus on recruiting qualified candidates specifically for homecare cases, such as caregivers and home health aides. Ensure all candidates meet the specific requirements for each homecare assignment.
- Sourcing & Screening - Leverage your knowledge of the homecare industry to source and screen candidates who are a perfect fit for various homecare roles.

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
