- Lead community outreach efforts to connect residents with affordable communication services and improve access to digital tools
- Execute sales presentations with the goal of enrolling new customers
- Track outreach progress through data collection and analysis, ensuring goals are met and strategies are continuously improved
- Collaborate with the customer service and sales teams to share insights from the field and improve promotional strategies
- Assist in identifying new outreach opportunities to expand our impact
- Help develop strategic plans to grow the outreach program and increase participation in local events and services
