POSITION DESCRIPTION Greeting and assisting guests and office staff in person and by phone. General clerical duties will be assigned, and you will work with the field staff and patient families to ensure a positive experience with Twilight Hospice. The ideal medical office administrative assistance will have skills in professionalism, organization, be task orientated, and excellent coordination between all departments.
QUALIFICATIONS - Must have a current CNA license or MA certification
- High school Diploma required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft office : Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Possess effective communication skills to maintain positive relationship with staff, providers, consultants, and governmental agencies, their representatives and the community.
