Established 35 year company is looking for an experienced Machinist (1st and 2nd shift)
- $19-$25/hr
- 1st & 2nd Shifts

What will I be doing?
- Responsible for measuring and recording mechanical fits
- Perform machine repairs as required using hand tools
- Manufacture and repair parts per customer order and instruction
- Maintains department machinery and basic tools
- Responsible for keeping machinery and measuring devices in tolerance
- Complies with company policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Have your own tools
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively with management and co-workers
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide and compute rate, ratio, or percent
- Ability to read and interpret drawing and/or blueprints
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
